Before the Event

During Your Talk

• Use your slides as cues, not a script
• Breathe and pause. Silence isn’t awkward, it’s powerful
• Be yourself. Talk the way you’d talk to friends who cares about what you do
• Laugh if it’s funny. Nerd out. Let your passion show

After the Mic

You did it! Stick around for the post-talk mingle. You never know who in the audience was moved, inspired, or felt seen because of what you shared.
