Format

• 10-minute presentation
• 10-minute Q&A from the audience

We keep things casual but on schedule, so timing matters (and we’ll help you stay on track).

What Should I Talk About?

We’re looking for topics that reflect what lights you up, professionally or personally. Your talk could explore something from your field, a career lesson you’ve learned, or an idea you just can’t stop thinking about.

We love talks that are:

• Thoughtful - grounded in your experience or perspective
• Relatable - interesting to folks outside your industry
• Creative - presented in your voice, with your flavor
• Engaging - maybe funny, maybe sincere, maybe a little of both

This isn’t a place for perfect “TED Talks”, just stories, insights, or deep dives into what you care about.
