Ember Sessions is equal parts presentation, community hangout, and idea swap. You don’t need to be perfect, just prepared, present, and authentically you.

Here’s everything you need to know for a smooth and fun event night.

Event Schedule

📍 Time: 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM

📍 Schedule:

• 6:30 PM - Presenter arrival & setup
• 7:00 - 7:30 PM - Doors open + networking
• 7:30 - 8:30 PM - Presentations + audience Q&A
• 8:30 - 9:00 PM - Post-talk hangs + connection time
• We’ll kick things off around 7:30 PM, then move into the three presentations with 10 minutes of Q&A after each one.

What To Bring

Honestly? Not much!

To keep things smooth and streamlined, we’ll combine all presenter decks into one shared presentation ahead of the event.

Please email your final slide deck (format: Google Slides or PowerPoint) to **[email protected]** no later than 2 days before the event.

Just bring:

• Yourself
• (Optional) Any printed materials or small physical props you may want to use
